4. Third-Party Providers

Shatterglass connects you with third-party telecom, cloud, energy, and IT providers. Any service agreements you enter into are between you and the provider directly. Shatterglass is not a party to those contracts and is not responsible for the performance, outages, billing, or support provided by those carriers.

We act as your advocate and will assist with provider issues, but ultimate responsibility for service delivery rests with the provider.
