How is this free? What's the catch?
There is no catch. Telecom providers pay Shatterglass a referral fee when you sign with them. That fee comes out of the provider's marketing budget, not your bill. You get the same rate (or lower) as if you called the provider directly, plus free project management and ongoing support.
Does Shatterglass push certain providers?
No. We have agreements with over 200 providers and no incentive to favor one over another. Our recommendations are based on your location, needs, and budget. We show you every option and you choose.
Am I locked into anything?
Not with us. You have no contract or obligation to Shatterglass. If we present options and none of them work for you, you walk away. The only contract you sign is with the provider you choose, on terms you agree to.
What if you can't save me money?
We tell you. If your current deal is already competitive, we'll say so. There's no pressure to switch. Many clients start with a free bill analysis and find out they can save 20-40% on the same services.
How long does the process take?
We can typically present competitive quotes between 1-3 days. Installation timelines depend on the provider and service type. We manage the entire process and keep you updated throughout.
